Michael brings over 20 years of experience in digital strategy, performance marketing, and AI-powered system design. With roots in code and data, he built Delta Arc as a response to the stagnant, outdated methods of legacy finance.
After exiting a senior leadership position in a corporate environment that lacked innovation and empathy, Michael launched Delta Arc with the goal of fusing AI, automation, and human-first culture into a new financial model. He is also the architect behind Vestraq — Delta Arc's flagship AI trading platform — and remains actively involved in product, market strategy, and system architecture.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Michael now leads a growing advisory-backed team of AI strategists, financial engineers, and private equity partners.
