Bronto · Delta Arc consulting
Turn market signals into operating advantage.
Bronto builds the intelligence layer between what a market is doing and what a sales, operations or research team does next: demand signals, CRM and revenue systems, governed agentic systems, and industrial market data. Principal-led. Evidence first. Scoped on a call, not a deck.
Bronto operating model
Most organizations have data. Few have a decision system.
Information lives in platforms, inboxes, dashboards and individual experience. Bronto connects those fragments into a governed system that tells decision-makers what changed, why it matters and where to move.
Find the meaningful signal.
Separate movement that matters from noise, across market, account and operating evidence.
Explain why it matters now.
Connect the signal to the installed base, the pipeline, the people and the timing.
Move the next best action.
Put the decision in the workflow where someone will act on it this week.
Who does the work
Principal-led. No handoffs.
Bronto is Delta Arc's consulting practice, led by Michael Davis. The person on the first call scopes the engagement, does the investigation, builds the system and stays on it. There is no account manager and no junior team the work gets passed to.
- Operator background, not agency background. The methods here were built and run inside live sales operations with real reps, real pipelines and real quotas, in industrial equipment and B2B technology, before they were offered as consulting.
- Everything on this site was built first, then written about. The Delta Arc machinery research system, DAKOS, the adaptive CRM intelligence layer and the risk-tiered market systems are working Delta Arc systems, not slides.
- Agentic systems as a force multiplier, under human direction. Parallel agents investigate; further waves validate and contradict; a person sets the objective, judges the evidence and owns the decision.
- Numbers come with their evidence. Every figure a Bronto engagement produces carries its source, its date and its confidence. If it cannot be defended, it is not reported.
How it starts. A 20-minute call to establish whether the problem fits. Then a two-week intelligence diagnostic on one commercial decision, scoped on that call. Pricing is set once the scope is understood, never before.
Capabilities
Intelligence that moves beyond reporting.
Know who is buying before they tell you.
Account signals, buyer context and market timing combined into a qualified opportunity system, so the commercial team works the accounts with a documented reason to act.

Lead scoring that reads real buying evidence, pipeline hygiene from the record, qualification rules fit to what actually closed, and a daily board per rep.
Explore this capability →03 · Agentic systemsGoverned multi-agent research and workflows.
Agents that investigate in parallel, challenge each other, consolidate evidence and return a decision-ready result under human control. Built for operating work, not demos.
Explore this capability →04 · Contextual reasoningKnowledge that compounds instead of leaking.
Knowledge architecture and retrieval that preserve context, provenance and judgment, so the organization gets smarter with every engagement, hire and decision.
Explore this capability →05 · Industrial market intelligenceEquipment, pricing, demand and ownership, connected.
Machinery markets, installed base, replacement cycles and published pricing turned into usable commercial intelligence for dealers, OEMs and manufacturers.
Explore this capability →06 · Decision systemsMake the tradeoffs visible.
Scenario systems, forward-test ledgers, risk tiers and kill switches: evidence-based tools that organize uncertainty and keep a decision honest over time.

Built to prototype, demonstrate and operate.
These are Delta Arc's own systems. They are how the consulting method becomes a working intelligence layer, and they are shown as internal builds, not as client projects or endorsements.
Machinery research system
An end-to-end research system for machine tools and industrial equipment, built by Delta Arc. You arrive, you research, you connect, and the system assists you. It organizes specifications, dated market observations and the ownership lifecycle in eight languages, with every number linked to its source.
- 3,886 model groups in the model index, 9,911 distinct dated market observations summarized, 12 ownership stages in the lifecycle graph
- 2026 market report published with a DOI (10.5281/zenodo.23106776), CSV and methodology
- Seven-language edition launched October 2026
DAKOS
Delta Arc's reasoning and knowledge operating system: a schema-governed record base that preserves context, coordinates agents across workstreams and compounds what every engagement learned.
- 1,171 structured records: edges, experiments, decisions, doctrine, specs and datasets
- Shared by every model and agent in the Delta Arc workflow, so no engine starts from zero
- The reason a second engagement starts faster than the first
Adaptive CRM Intelligence
A vertical-agnostic operating layer built inside a live industrial-equipment sales operation: it reads the CRM's actual record, scores leads on buying evidence, recovers unclaimed opportunities and gives every rep one daily board.
- Lead viability from evidence, not stage labels
- Unclaimed-lead recovery, ghosting detection, aging-quote follow-up
- Learns the organization's terminology and market as it runs
Risk-Tiered Market Systems
Decision tools that organize risk appetite, historical behavior and live market data into a clearer operating view, with every signal forward-tested against its own backtest before it is allowed to stay on.
- A settled ledger: every signal logged when it fires, scored against the real result
- A kill switch per signal class, driven by evidence thresholds
- Cross-venue divergence monitoring where one contract trades in several places

How Bronto engages
Start with the decision, not a predetermined deliverable.
- 01 · DIAGNOSE
Intelligence diagnostic (two-week)
A focused review of the market, data, workflow and decision points around one commercial problem. Ends with a written finding and, if warranted, a build-ready scope.
- 02 · DESIGN
System blueprint
A build-ready architecture connecting signals, data, people, models and actions, without creating another isolated dashboard.
- 03 · BUILD
Applied intelligence build
A functioning intelligence layer, workflow or application built around the way the organization actually operates, and validated against contradictory evidence and real use.
- 04 · EMBED
Operating partnership
Ongoing refinement, market interpretation and system development as the environment and the organization change.
The Bronto approach
Human direction. Machine-scale investigation. Evidence-bound decisions.
- Frame the decision and define what evidence can support it.
- Map the market, data, systems and people surrounding it.
- Build the smallest useful operating layer.
- Validate against contradictory evidence and real use.
- Transfer, embed or continue operating the system.

Bring Bronto the problem
If the opportunity is hard to see, connect or operationalize, that is where we work.
Tell Bronto what you are trying to understand, build or move. You get a reply within one business day and a 20-minute call if the problem fits. No deck, no retainer to get started.
