The on-call phone rang, and nobody knew who had it this week.

The schedule was in someone's head.

We cannot say how many losses we missed last quarter.

Nobody is counting, so nobody can say.

One person knows where everything goes.

When they are out, everything waits.

Commercial plumbing and restoration

Emergency call intake for commercial plumbing and water damage restoration

Commercial plumbers and restoration contractors win or lose an emergency in the first response. We fix the path: burst pipe and water damage calls marked urgent after hours, shutoff location and building contact captured up front, routing to whoever is on call, a backup when they are out, and a record your team and the adjuster can open.

  • Our last payment is on the line.We agree on the test in writing first. If it misses by the deadline, you keep the $1,500.
  • It runs on what you already have.Your form and your tools wherever we can. There is no second month to sign up for.

Three steps

How to get this started

1. Call or text us

Send your website if you like. We look at your request path from the outside and send a free written brief: what we saw, what we would fix and how we would test it.

2. We agree on the test

A signed page with the checks in writing. Pay $4,500 and we start.

3. We fix it and run the test

You watch it. If it passes, the last $1,500 is due. If it misses, it is not.

Straight answers

What people ask first

What do I pay?

$4,500 to start, paid up front. $1,500 more only after the new process passes a test you watch. That is the whole price for the job.

What do I get?

One way in, such as your quote form, fixed for one service line. The details your team needs, the right person getting it, a backup when they are out, and a record you can open.

What if it does not pass?

If it misses what we agreed by the deadline, you do not owe the $1,500, and you do not have to buy anything else. The $4,500 covers the work and is not refunded.

Is this more ads or more leads?

No. There is no ad spend in this job and no lead quota. We fix what happens to the requests you already get. If your real problem is too few requests, the free brief will tell you that.

Will this make me more money?

We do not promise that. A pass shows the process works as tested. After that we track real requests through first response, conversation and opportunity, so you can judge the rest for yourself.

Have you worked in this trade?

Yes. Delta Arc's founder has spent over 20 years in paid search, marketing, digital and revenue operations across every vertical, including this one. This offer is new. The experience is not.

Do I have to replace my software?

No. We work with the form and tools you already have wherever we can.

How do I start?

Call or text. Send your website if you like. We send a free written brief with what we saw and what we would fix. There is no contract until you say yes.

Passing proves the process works as tested. No lead count or revenue result is promised. The signed agreement controls.

$4,500 to start. $1,500 more only if it passes.
