Delta Arc does not currently offer a public checkout, automatic paid subscription, or standardized paid tier through this website. Submitting a contact form or project brief is free and does not authorize a charge.

Separately scoped work

If Delta Arc and a customer decide to proceed, the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment schedule, cancellation rights, and any refund terms will be stated in a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, or other agreement before payment is requested.

Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation and refund terms in the applicable written agreement control. If a specific written agreement does not address a billing issue, contact Delta Arc promptly so the matter can be reviewed in good faith, subject to applicable law.

Billing questions or errors

If you believe a Delta Arc charge was made in error, contact bronto@thedeltaarc.com with enough information to identify the agreement and transaction. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive financial credentials by email.
