Ten ways to test your own quote path today.
Use your own site and team. No software and no call with us. Whatever you find, you keep.
Run these in order
1. Tap every phone link on your phone.
Open your contact and emergency pages on a phone and press each number. Do not assume a link that looks right dials right.
2. Send a request after hours.
Use your own form at night, with your team's knowledge. Note when a person first answers.
3. Find out who received it.
Ask who got the request and whether anyone else could have seen it.
4. Look for the urgent question.
Does your form separate an active leak from a planned job, or do both look the same?
5. Check for a backup.
If the person who gets requests is out today, where does one go?
6. Read it as your estimator.
Does the request contain what they need before scheduling a visit: size, roof system, access and who decides?
7. Check the promise on your page.
If it says someone will reach out, does it say when, and do you meet that?
8. Count last month.
How many requests came in, and how many got a first human response? If you cannot answer, that is the first finding.
9. Send one you should not chase.
A residential request or wrong service area should get a polite answer without taking your sales team's time.
10. Open the record.
Can you see when each request came in, who owned it and what happened next?
