Report methodology

How Delta Arc separates fact, interpretation, practitioner context and forward-looking scenarios—and how readers can inspect or challenge the work.

Purpose and scope

Delta Arc Reports turns public evidence into decision-ready context across demand intelligence, CRM, markets, industrial AI and manufacturing. The objective is not to eliminate uncertainty. It is to show what is known, what is inferred, what could change and which decision the evidence can reasonably support.

The methodology applies to reports in this collection. Editorial posts, product pages and Machine Blue Book materials have their own canonical pages and may use additional methods suited to their subject.

Four evidence classes

Observed fact

A statement directly supported by a cited record within its defined population, date and measurement. A fact does not inherit a broader meaning than its source supports.

Delta Arc analysis

An interpretation connecting multiple observations. Analysis is labeled and does not convert correlation, CRM state or vendor assertion into proof.

Practitioner observation

Generalized experience attributed only to “Founder of Delta Arc.” It is context, not a statistical estimate, and is stripped of identifying detail.

Scenario

A conditional future used to test decisions. A scenario is not presented as a forecast, guarantee or investment recommendation.

Source selection and hierarchy

Delta Arc prefers the record closest to the claim: regulator filings for legal status, official statistics for measured conditions, issuer filings for company-reported activity, technical standards for definitions, and peer-reviewed research for tested hypotheses. Direct sources are linked wherever available.

Source class remains visible. Government statistics, central-bank contact reports, industry-association programs, corporate announcements and vendor-sponsored surveys have different incentives and methods. A vendor study may be useful; it is not silently presented as independent government evidence.

Publication date, reference period and revision status are recorded when material. Search-result snippets and AI summaries are discovery aids, never the final authority for a measurable claim.

Founder of Delta Arc observations

Practical career experience may be used when it adds operating context. The language remains high-level and must not name or permit easy inference of an employer, client, person, facility, transaction, geography, chronology, dispute, protected system or distinctive event.

Every such passage is labeled “Founder of Delta Arc · practitioner observation” and carries a boundary stating that it is not a market-wide empirical estimate. Experience never substitutes for a cited public fact.

Numbers, denominators and revisions

A number travels with its unit, population, reference period and source class. Contract counts are not market value; dollar order value is not machine-unit volume; survey sentiment is not a probability; a CRM field is not buyer testimony.

Advance, preliminary and revised data are labeled. Material revisions produce a version note. Historical editions may remain available so a reader can reconstruct what was knowable at the earlier publication date.

Independence and compensation

Delta Arc receives no funds from the parties listed in the current report source registers. No source receives editorial approval. If a future affiliate, sponsorship or paid relationship touches a report subject, the relationship will be disclosed on the relevant page before the reader reaches the analysis.

Links exist for verification and reader utility. A link is not an endorsement, partnership or claim that the external page will remain accurate or available.

Corrections and challenge process

Readers may challenge a specific claim by sending the canonical URL, quoted passage and stronger evidence. Delta Arc will evaluate the source rather than the status of the person submitting it. Material corrections receive a dated note and version change; formatting-only edits do not rewrite the evidentiary record.
