A claim at a show is a starting point. These questions help you test it.
- Which merchants, card types and time period does the approval or fraud-loss figure cover?
- Is the authorization or chargeback rate measured against a stated baseline, and who measured it?
- Has the provider's compliance claim (for example PCI DSS) been confirmed by a current, named assessor report?
- What happens to pricing, reserves or service levels if transaction volume or risk profile changes?
