The underground garage is entered from NE Lloyd Boulevard for P1 or NE First Avenue for P2. Clearance is 7 feet on P1 and 9 feet on P2. Source

TriMet bus line 6 stops across the street, the Rose Quarter Transit Center is a short walk away, and MAX Blue and Red lines stop at the Convention Center; attendees receive a TriMet pass at registration. Source
