Questions worth asking there

A claim at a show is a starting point. These questions help you test it.

  • What data, sample size and test conditions sit behind the performance claim?
  • Which production customer will confirm the result without the vendor in the room?
  • What happens when the system fails or sees an input outside its test set?
  • Which independent test, audit or standard supports the claim, and which version of the product did it cover?
