RTA's Red Line runs between the airport and downtown via Tower City Station in under 30 minutes. Source

Rideshare

Rideshare pickup and drop-off can be coordinated on either the upper (departures) or lower (arrivals) roadway. Source

Taxis

Pickups are at the taxi entrance at the south end of Baggage Claim by carousel 11, using the dedicated white CLE Airport Taxis. The airport names its authorized taxi companies. Listing is not an endorsement. Source

Black car and SUV pickup

All limousine service must be arranged in advance. Limousines and shuttles under 24 feet use the Ground Transportation Center at the north end of the terminal. This list is not exhaustive, and listing is not an endorsement. Source

Public transit

The RTA station is on the lower level of the main terminal, reached by elevators or escalators in the center of the ticketing and baggage claim levels. Trains leave every 15 minutes for most of the day. Source
