The RTA Airport Express 202 links MSY to downtown stops at Elk Place at Cleveland and Union Passenger Terminal Bus Bay 2. Bus service boards at Level 1 Baggage Claim outside Door 2, Zones B4 and B5. Source

Ride apps pick up outside Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb. Lyft riders exit Doors 7-9 and Uber riders exit Doors 9-11. Source
