Questions worth asking there

A claim at a show is a starting point. These questions help you test it.

• What workload and configuration produced the performance number, and can the benchmark be reproduced?
• What does the published uptime figure exclude, and what were the actual incidents in the last 12 months?
• How long would it take to move this workload out again, and what would have to be rewritten?
• Which customer in production at a comparable scale can confirm the claim?
