Questions worth asking there

A claim at a show is a starting point. These questions help you test it.

• Is the lead or conversion count deduplicated, and how are invalid or fraudulent leads removed?
• What share of the claimed revenue was incremental rather than sales that would have happened anyway?
• Which consent records support the leads being sold, and can they be produced on request?
• Over what period was the return on ad spend measured, and does it include refunds and chargebacks?
