Healthcare and Medical

Research and architecture for mapping public medical evidence. Held to the highest assurance standard. No clinical use.

Researching The problem and source landscape are being mapped. Nothing is offered. Risk tier 4 / 4

Problem

Medical evidence changes across trials, labels, guidance and coverage, and those states are easy to confuse. Any system near patient care must meet a far higher bar than a research tool.

Evaluation method

Not clinically evaluated. Research outputs are checked against their cited public sources only.

Human review

Qualified clinical and regulatory review would be required before any use beyond public research. That review has not occurred.

Decision authority

Delta Arc holds no clinical authority. Clinical decisions belong to licensed clinicians and regulators.

Permitted uses

  • Mapping public medical literature and its chronology
  • Identifying contradictions between public sources
  • Documenting architecture, risks and review requirements

Prohibited uses

  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment recommendations
  • Triage
  • Patient-specific recommendations
  • Autonomous clinical decisions
  • Processing protected health information
  • Clinical monitoring or device functionality

Decisions this could support

  • Which public sources govern a research question
  • Where published sources disagree or have changed
  • What a qualified reviewer would need to check before any use

Source hierarchy, strongest first

  1. Regulator records and product labeling
  2. Peer-reviewed primary studies and trial registries
  3. Professional society guidance
  4. Secondary and press reporting, for context only

Domain rules

  • Public sources only
  • No patient-level data of any kind
  • Evidence state is shown separately from any regulatory state
  • Nothing is phrased as advice to a patient or clinician

Data restrictions

  • No PHI, medical records or patient files, including deidentified uploads through this website
  • No file upload on any healthcare path

Applicable standards

  • HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
  • FDA regulation of software as a medical device
  • ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice

Named because a real deployment would have to address them. Delta Arc claims conformity with none of them.

Not claimed

  • Clinical validation
  • HIPAA compliance
  • FDA clearance, approval or any other FDA status

Examples, not limits. A reusable core does not replace domain validation. Each implementation needs its own sources, rules, controls, testing and qualified review for its intended use.
